This is a system designed to provide amazing resistance to three attacks: abrasion, impact and chemical attack. It is a seamless self-leveling medium to heavy duty, solid colored, three-component urethane modified cementious flooring system.Perdure can be broadcasted with quartz aggregate to increase surface texture and slip resistance. For a good performance, the system is applied at 3/16’ to ¼’ in thickness.

Perdure UMC-TS

Once applied, any floor can be able to last for a long time maintaining the unique look and feel. Perdure UMC is a trowel grade, heavy duty, solid color , 3 component system, urethane modified cementious flooring system. It has been in use in America and Canada for years with over 95% satisfaction rate. For optimum application, the system is best applied at ¼’-3/8’ thickness.

Perdure UM-CO

All developers have a special liking for a development that is cost effective and long lasting. Perdure UM-CO provides the best solution for abrasion and mechanical damage which enhances durability. Perdure UM-CO is a three component, solvent free, high build, colored, coating system which is based in the cementious urethane technology. Why is it installed you might ask? One reason why it can be installed is to act as a top coat for Perdure UMC broadcast textured finishes. Second, it can be applied to refresh existing cementious urethane flooring at a fraction of the original flooring. It is installed at 10mil thickness.
